She pursued Fashion designing in Japan for two years and worked for two years in Junko Koshino. While staying in New York City she was able to work with some designers. She transferred to Spain at the age of 27 and worked for Charles Jourdan for some time. By the winter of 2001, she made herself a name in the fashion world by creating its own mark.
