Carolina Herrera, one of the world’s best-dressed women in
the 1970s and 1980s, is a Venezuelan designer and businesswoman.
With her Carolina Herrera Company (founded in 1980), she brings to
the world the classic elegance of her style, melding simplicity
with sophisticated designs. She believes in flattering the
feminine figure with great cuts and mix-and-match fabrics of good
quality to create the ideal fashion. She became one of Jacqueline
Kennedy Onassis’s favorite designers in the last 12 years of
her life.
In addition to the elegant clothes she designs, Carolina Herrera
has branched out to a fragrance line which is famous for its
pleasing combinations of floral, fruity, musky, woody and aromatic
spicy (for men). Her 212 fragrance line has different
fragrance editions which are creatively and stylishly packaged
according to the notes of the perfume.
Carolina Herrera is also known for her designer bags. The
classic designs of her bags, which cross fashion eras to create
timeless appeal, make her creations among the most sought-after in
the designer bag industry.
Aside from having established herself as a world-class designer and
